Information Clause on Personal Data Protection.

In fulfillment of the information obligation arising from Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), I hereby inform that:

- Your personal data will be processed based on the contract for the provision of services or on the notification made by you, as well as on the basis of consent given, to the extent and for the purpose specified in the consent.
- Your personal data will be processed:
4.1. pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from the contract for the provision of services concluded between us, including for ongoing contact, as well as in connection with possible claims after the contract has expired or the service has been performed, and for the purpose of preparing an offer or developing and providing a response to an inquiry pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation,
4.2. or pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, i.e., based on and within the scope of the consent to the processing of personal data given by you – to the extent and for the purpose specified in the consent. - Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary for you to make a decision to accept or reject the submitted offer or until the offer expires, but no longer than until the limitation period for possible claims related to the offer submitted by the Controller. In the case of personal data processed on the basis of your consent – data will no longer be processed if you withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- Data collected for the purpose of providing services will be stored for the duration of the service contract, and after the contract expires, no longer than until the limitation period for claims arising from the contract.
- You have the right to access your personal data, rectify them, delete them or restrict their processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your previously given consent to the processing of personal data – in the case of personal data obtained by the Controller on the basis of consent.
- If you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

- Providing your personal data is a condition for preparing an offer or responding to inquiries or concluding a contract. Failure to provide your personal data will result in the inability to process your inquiry or contract.
- Recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities authorized to obtain personal data under legal provisions or entities that, based on appropriate agreements signed with the Company, process personal data for which the Company is the Controller.
